Hello! my name is Jeff Simons Decena and I am a website designer and developer with a passion for creating beautiful, minimalist, entertaining, creative and user friendly websites. I have 3 years of experience and a client base ranging from as far away as San Francisco, to Tokyo to as close to home as Makati.
I have worked on projects for large and small businesses, even charities. I am currently employed as an IT supervisor who overseers network administration and web applications for the company. I do my personal projects at home after my regular working schedule. Even at that status, I am able to deliver my projects on time with a thumbs up on my clientelle.
